Short version: Apparently the US now kills the children of suspected terrorists while they're at it cause hey, why the hell not?
And now you're getting into more warring in Africa using money you don't have.
Nobel peace prize...my fucking ass...
Collateral damage? Don't give me that nonsense! Would you have accepted that argument from the 9/11 hijackers? I didn't think so. It's murder. You cannot turn an act of evil into an act of good by slapping labels on it. That is sick and shitty cult behavior and deep down, you know it is.
It was only a matter of time. After all the war loving retarded danced with joy at the mafia hit on Bin Laden, the message was clear. Your state has officially been given the green light to kill whoever they want and get away with it. Well done folks! Well done indeed! As I said before, if you support war, you are nothing more than an accessory to murder.
I'll let the boy's friend have the last word here
"I urge the American people to bring the killers to justice. I urge them to expose the hypocrisy of the 2009 Nobel Prize laureate. To some, he may be that. To me and my family, he is nothing more than a child killer."

Harsh winter
You all know I'm not one for begging or anything like that. I'm not in any dire financial situation right now but I will say, this is likely to be a difficult year for me as a Canadian. So I'll make it brief, if you've all been enjoying the comic, I would ask you to consider taking a look at my patreon and donating if you can. Anything helps, especially right now. I don't want to cancel the comic and believe me, I am taking every measure I can to ensure it doesn't come to that but if things continue to get worse, I just don't know. My thanks for the understanding and especially thank you to all of you who continue to donate to make this comic possible. https://www.patreon.com/dollysplaytime
How Endwalker condemns utopian thinking
SPOILER WARNING Okay, if it the title wasn't obvious enough, this is going to contain spoilers for Endwalker, Final Fantasy 14's latest expansion so if you haven't played it yet but intend to, turn back now. I finished Endwalker a while back and was utterly blown away by it. What really struck me about it is how it was ultimately a battle between two ideas. The first being "To live is to suffer, so why live at all?" The second was "To live is to suffer and from that suffering find strength and purpose." Obviously the protagonist is of the latter and the antagonist is of the former. What was truly brilliant is how this story is a perfect deconstruction of utopianism. Utopianism is the pursuit of a perfect society that is free of suffering. Throughout the plot of Endwalker, you learn of many worlds who tried to create such societies only to bring about their own downfalls. The protagonists and the powers that guide them instead fight for the idea that suffering will always be part

There is no honest way to attempt to show similarities between terrorists purposely attacking civilians, and a military accidentally killing civilians while attacking a legitimate military target.
On 9-11 civilians were killed because a terrorist organization targeted them for death.
This 15 year old was killed because he actively sought out his terrorist father whom he new was under threat of attack. I don't know why he went, to try to save his father, to let his father use him as a human shield against US attack, or maybe to join him in the fight. We will never know now. If you know a person is a murderer and you help him, you are guilty after the fact here in the states.
I'm sorry the boy died, but yes there are mistakes in war. Not being in a war zone, actively searching for fighters is a good way to not have the US accidnetly kill you.
